Brand Identity Development & Launch Essentials

Case Study: Spectrum Solutions of Savannah

Building a Brand with Soul, Strategy, and Community Impact

Client Type: Autism Support Provider | Industry: Healthcare / Family Services

Overview

Spectrum Solutions of Savannah is a new autism support provider founded by a mother with lived experience, driven by a mission to provide compassionate, culturally responsive behavioral care for families—particularly Black and military families, in the Savannah area.

As the client’s first marketing partner, I led the full development of their foundational brand identity, from strategic positioning to visual assets and outreach tools.

Goals

  • Clarify and articulate the brand’s purpose and values

  • Create messaging that feels personal, inclusive, and empowering

  • Design core marketing assets to support launch and outreach

  • Establish digital infrastructure for future growth (site, social, email)

Scope of Work

Total Project Duration: 3 weeks

Deliverables Included:

  • Brand workshop + strategy development

  • Brand guideline board (colors, typography, vibe)

  • Logo design and refinement

  • Business card design (for printing + Canva use)

  • Marketing flyer

  • Website recommendations + draft content outline

  • Client portal setup in Notion for ongoing collaboration

Strategic Highlights

  • Identified and defined the client’s core messaging pillars

  • Developed a brand story rooted in the founder’s real-life experience to establish immediate emotional connection with target families.

  • Designed visuals to reflect trust, calm, and professionalism, key to supporting parents navigating an autism diagnosis.

Outcomes

While the brand is in its early launch phase, the strategy and assets provided laid the groundwork for:

  • Outreach-ready one-pagers and cards for partnerships

  • Website structure and content for easy development

  • A cohesive brand identity that reflects both credibility and care

  • Strong positioning to attract families, funders, and collaborators

Client Feedback

  • Notion (client portal + deliverables tracker)

  • Google Drive (file organization)

  • In-person and Virtual (brand workshop + calls)

Why This Matters

This project wasn’t just about branding, it was about creating a platform for hope, clarity, and long-term support for families often overlooked in the healthcare system. I’m proud to have helped shape a mission-driven brand ready to make a real difference in people’s lives.
